Gender, Peace and Security is a specialized postgraduate program that examines the intersection of gender dynamics, conflict, and peacebuilding. Students learn to analyze how conflicts disproportionately affect different genders and how to design inclusive security policies. The curriculum covers international frameworks like UN Security Council Resolution 1325, focusing on women's participation in peace processes, post-conflict reconstruction, and gender-responsive security sector reform.
Entry Requirements
A good first degree (Second Class Lower or better). Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in gender issues, peace, and security. Full tuition scholarships are frequently provided to admitted students.
